About the President & Founder

of World United Women

Susan was born in Tehran, but moved to Canada in 1986 to continue her education. While in Canada, she earned her Bachelor's degree with the major in human biology and minor in history from University of Toronto. Her post-graduate education continued in the United States with a master's program in nutrition and Oriental medicine, a doctorate in naturopathic medicine, and a post-doctorate and fellowship in homeopathic medicine. She is certified in depression therapy from Harvard University.

Dr. Padrad's science background and pure passion for nature led her to become a strong believer of the integration of SCIENCE & NATURE FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH. Her mission is to coach individuals in creating a BALANCED LIFE, which she believes is the key to a stable and happy life.

In 1995, she became the founder of the Padrad Academy of Iridology in Toronto. Iridology is the quick and painless, yet accurate, health analysis through the examination of the colored part of the eye. Soon after, Dr. Padrad, LAc., DAOM expanded to the International College of Alternative and Integrative Medicine (ICAIM), a space where physicians and other health care providers can learn about the latest scientific evidence for integrative medicine from around the world.

Furthermore, Dr. Padrad's commitment to humanitarianism combined with her enthusiasm for life and a passion for her belief in equality and freedom of choice are independent of any political or religious ideologies. As such, she is the founder and the President of WORLD UNITED WOMEN (WUW), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the health and education of women and children worldwide.Partnered with Women Without Borders — the international advocacy and research organization for women — WUW is operated by volunteers from around the globe.

A renaissance woman, indeed, Susan is an internationally, well-known host on international television (www.livechannelusa.com), a public speaker, an author, a teacher and researcher in Prevention Health Care and promotes her BALANCED LIFE SYSTEM (BLS) for a healthier and happier life globally.

Her most recent published books are THE HEALING POWER OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES and OVERCOME DEPRESSION, in addition to many articles in journals and magazines.
